Refund Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
30-day money-back on your first charge
If a sponsored placement isn't working for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that first charge in full — no forms, no questions. Monthly and yearly plans both qualify.
Cancelling
You can cancel your sponsorship at any time via the Stripe billing link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Your placement stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for, then expires automatically. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Renewal charges
Renewal payments (month 2 onward, or year 2 onward) are generally not refundable, since the placement has already been serving. If something went wrong on our side — your placement didn't render for part of a paid period — tell us and we'll refund or credit that time pro-rata. If we remove a placement under our terms, the unused period is refunded pro-rata.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
